Shipping & Returns
IDgamut stocks what we sell, and custom builds products to order, so you get prompt delivery of your products.
Have you ordered an incorrect item or are you having problems with something you purchased? No problem! We’re here to help. Contact your Account Manager and or email gamutsales@idgamut.com Be sure to have your order number and company name available. We’ll need these to arrange your return or exchange.
Shipping Policy
Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, and also custom build products to order specifications, we are able to ship 90% of orders, under 1,000 cards, within 48-72 business hours (holidays and weekends excluded) pending credit card verification. Once orders have shipped from IDgamut.com, you may use the tracking number we email you (typically within a few hours of product shipment) to track your order progress directly through UPS or FEDEx.
NEED IT FASTER?
Expedited shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process or call for more details. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require our standard 48 business hour order processing time unless Same Day Processing was selected.
PO BOX ADDRESSES
Due to fraud associated with APO, FPO, and PO box addresses we may require payment via bank wire to process orders using APO/FPO. We cannot ship to PO boxes; please arrange to have products shipped to your physical address, either home or business. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
IDgamut Return Policy
UNOPENED/UNUSED ITEMS
We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:
Product must be unopened and unused.
Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
Products must be shipped back to IDgamut freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to IDgamut).
Third-party shipping charges (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) are non-refundable.
OPENED & OTHER ITEMS
We are unable to accept the return of the following items:
Custom-printed or custom-programmed products, including but not limited to ALL programmed proximity cards, ALL smart cards, custom lanyards, custom badge reels, and programmed technology cards. (However, you can purchase protection for proximity card orders against errors in programming with our IDgamut Buyer Protection Plan during the initial order process)
Any opened or used items
Any Custom or Special Ordered products
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE (DOA)
If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact your IDgamut Account Manager to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to review and replace the product as quickly as possible.
Additional Shipping Details
SHIPPING: Our shipping terms are FOB. This term means that the buyer takes responsibility once the goods leave our shipping docks. Should you wish to utilize your own freight account, insurance is recommended to ensure against loss or damage. Waiving your right to this insurance is not recommended.
Shipments that are refused for delivery and returned to IDgamut will have any charges incurred with refusal, deducted from the amount of the product credit. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Standard proximity products typically ship within 48 hours (two business days); “Same Day Processing” products ship the same day. Order cutoff for Same Day Processing is 1:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday. In the event you order a Standard product and “Same Day Processing” product on the same order, the order will be shipped following the Standard conditions (typical shipment within 48 hours).
In the event your shipment is undeliverable, or must be re-routed to another address or suite number, a $30 surcharge will be assessed to the order, and will be due and payable upon contact. For claims regarding non-delivery or mis-delivery of products, IDgamut must be notified within 10 business days from the date of the order.
